A team prepared to attend the communication channels: telephone, chat, e-mail and adaptable to communication tools used with the Client.
Panel and readiness team with flags in case of automation breaks, as well as with the objective of ensuring that demands will be completed within the expected time.
We operate by supporting of any Robot, including Robots created in: UiPath, BluePrism, Automate and Automation Anywhere.
Strategically, the Robots have a Technical documentation with the key points to identify the problems, thus ensuring quick identification and correction.
It is made available to customers, with no access limit / users, for the Robot’s full management. With graphs and analytical information, it allows real-time analysis and monitoring of demands, in addition to importing and extracting demands.
One there is a Team's technical experience and knowledge, in addition to the ability to join new Robots, this Team is able to internalize the Robots and start support with a term of 01 days from the closed and phase-out contract.
